Role: Management Trainee, Data-Tech-AI Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance hedge fund operations, incorporating both functional and technical aspects.
• Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance relevant to hedge fund operations.
• Assist the technical/automation team in automating the testing process.
• Understand basic accounting concepts.
• Conduct product testing, gather user feedback, and contribute to product improvements.
• Utilize intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivot, formulas, and graphs.
• Complete assigned tasks and share outputs with reviewers, incorporating feedback as needed.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hedge fund operations with a strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms used in hedge fund operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or technical certifications) are a plus.
