Job Description

• The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of consumer finance products, including credit cards, core banking, customer management, and unsecured lending.
• Extensive experience with VisionPlus Acquiring modules and a strong grasp of various product configuration parameters is essential.
• Must have worked on data migration projects.
• Should possess strong technical and functional expertise in core VisionPLUS modules.
• Experience in conducting GAP analysis, impact analysis, and project estimation is required.
• Capable of defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation.
• A self-starter with a hands-on approach to project execution.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply organizational knowledge of business and system processes when analyzing problems.
• Must demonstrate confidence and have up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices when addressing business challenges.
• Must be able to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, managers, vendors, and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with business and technical partners, both internal and external, to define and implement interface stability standards.
• A deep understanding of card systems and modules is required to define stability metrics and establish recovery processes.
• Work with stakeholders, including internal and external product teams, to finalize solutions that meet business requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts and issues within projects, programs, and project management, collaborating with other stakeholders when necessary.
