Job Summary

This position is part of the Survey Solutions and Analytics team. The Analytics and Modeling Associate will analyze data from various sources, addressing real-world business challenges, often in uncertain situations, and developing practical solutions to enhance Accenture’s business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Tasks include extracting, cleansing, profiling, mapping, validating, and modeling data.
• Identify Key Metrics: Recognize important metrics and trends to create business recommendations.
• Data Analysis: Break down data to uncover actionable insights.
• Statistical Techniques: Use statistical methods to support the business with advanced analytics solutions.
• Integrate Insights: Combine results from different analytical methods to provide deep insights and present findings effectively to add value for Accenture and its clients.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in analytics and modeling across various domains (HR, Finance, Market Research, etc.), with hands-on experience in data management and analytics-based decision-making.
• Skills:
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze results using analytics.
  • Proficient in data management using Excel.
  • Familiar with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
  • Understanding of techniques such as Regression, Time Series Forecasting, Decision Trees, etc.
  • Experience in at least one area: Research Methodologies, Statistical Techniques, Survey Data Analytics, Text Analytics, or Predictive Modeling/Machine Learning.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Teamwork: Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.

Professional Qualifications

• Preferred: Certification in Analytics.
