We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst to join the Marketplace Trust team. This critical role will support one of the organization’s key initiatives by using insights and data modeling to enable impactful decisions that reduce the time taken to detect abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for key metric tracking, including deep-dive analyses.
• Automate data templates and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct deep dives, test hypotheses, and analyze the impact of machine learning and product updates on key metrics.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong passion for transforming data into actionable insights and building frameworks for decision-making.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with a focus on high-impact areas.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Daily Tasks:

• Oversee weekly/monthly dashboards for monitoring key metrics and performing detailed analyses.
• Automate data templates and reports for efficiency.
• Work with cross-team stakeholders to conduct in-depth analyses, test hypotheses, and assess the impact of machine learning and product changes on key metrics.

About the Team:
The Marketplace Trust (MPT) seller enforcement team oversees the entire enforcement lifecycle for sellers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in SQL and data extraction techniques.
• Moderate to advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
