What You’ll Do

As a Data Scientist at BCG, you will work on challenging projects that will expand your understanding of complex business problems from multiple angles, enhancing your skills and experience throughout your career. You will leverage data and advanced analytics to discover innovative insights that drive lasting impact for BCG and its clients.

• Applying advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques to address complex business challenges and generate value for BCG clients.
• Conceptualizing business issues and developing frameworks to address them.
• Managing projects, maintaining client relationships, and demonstrating initiative to effectively solve client problems.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, delivering impactful solutions and presenting insights effectively.
• Collaborating in cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds and viewpoints.

What You’ll Bring

• A master’s degree or PhD in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or big data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other programming languages and tools for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable data products using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques like regression, classification, clustering, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with industry-specific skills, such as retail analytics, healthcare analytics, financial analytics, etc.
