Qualifications:
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or as a Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
Business/Customer:
- Limited customer interaction under supervision
- Understands domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminology (such as SOPs, QC checklists)
- For Pharmacovigilance/Complaints Management: Responsible for data entry from source documents into the Clinical/Safety database, ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times
- Typically assigned to handle more critical or sensitive transactions
Coding:
- Perform coding activities on assigned projects with efficiency and within timelines
- Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform
- Manage queries
- Create and prioritize “New Term Requests”
- Conduct dictionary upversioning activities as needed
Clinical Data Management (CDM):
- Perform migration, setup, and closeout activities, along with study conduct tasks under supervision and quality checks from the Team Lead
- Conduct peer quality checks of the TJDA activities
- Generate all study-related reports, status updates, and handle all study-related communication with internal stakeholders and clients
Project/Process:
- Tackle complex problems related to procedures/processes and escalate to Supervisor/Line Manager when necessary
- Handle the first level of transaction processing
- Meet quality requirements and targets within the specified turnaround time (TAT)
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Identify and report any process changes
- Comply with mandatory industry regulations and process compliance requirements
Knowledge Management:
- Update process documentation as needed, under guidance
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities
People/Team Management:
- Maintain organizational hygiene and compliance, including:
- Personal utilization and timesheet submission
- Onboarding of new hires
- Attendance tracking
- Participation in team initiatives
- Compile team performance metrics
- Manage break schedules and transport logistics for the team in the absence of the supervisor
