Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with analytics engineers to answer complex business questions through detailed analyses and build insightful dashboards. Your role will involve providing strategic decision support, applying advanced analytical techniques, developing dashboards, collaborating with data engineers on data integration, presenting insights, and actively participating in problem-solving and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and develop data-driven solutions to key business challenges.
• Use advanced statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within data.
• Design and build interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
• Work closely with data engineers to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring a comprehensive dataset for analysis.
• Lead the presentation of insights to stakeholders in a clear, engaging manner.
• Engage in problem-solving, using innovative methods to develop creative data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science); Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI (strong preference for Power BI).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for collaboration.
• Knowledge of DBT is a plus.
• Understanding of A/B testing principles to assess and improve website/application changes.
