Job Description for AI/ML Role

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
• Develop back-end components to enhance performance and responsiveness.
• Improve the functionality of existing systems.
• Implement solutions for data protection and system security.
• Test and debug software programs.
• Prioritize and address feature requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand user needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct experiments to validate machine learning model performance and refine based on the results.
• Optimize models for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning and Python development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Ability to fine-tune and implement large language models (LLMs) such as LLAMA, BERT, or T5 for NLP tasks (e.g., text generation, summarization, translation).
• Stay informed on advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience deploying ML models and LLMs on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Hands-on experience with libraries and frameworks like SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, OpenCV, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Educational background in B.Tech, MCA, or B.E.
